About VPNOC
International VPN routes, troubleshooting, and privacy principles.
VPNOC is a subscription-based network acceleration service for cross-border access, offering routes for users who need international websites, AI tools, and streaming. It covers 110+ countries with 250+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and allows unlimited devices.
Choosing a route
Choose a route based on what you need to do, then consider how the connection performs. Distance, carrier routing, and time of day can all affect performance, so a location name alone is not a reliable indicator of speed. Test the apps you use during your usual hours, compare connection quality and session stability, then choose a regular route. For differences in protocols and network topology, see the protocol guide.
Support and subscription policies
If you have connection issues, first check your local network and client status, then confirm your exit IP and whether the target app is using the expected route. For help, submit a support ticket in the user panel with your device platform, selected route, when the issue occurred, and any error message. Do not share your password or full subscription link.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. The service includes a 60-day refund policy. See plan pricing and the Terms of Service for pricing and refund details.
Privacy and data minimization
VPNOC follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password to get started. Data collection is limited to what is needed to provide accounts, process orders, and troubleshoot issues. Share only necessary information when submitting a support ticket. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling and your rights.
